Refund policy

We want you to love your DaiZoe pieces. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to improper use or care

  • Discounted or final‑sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@daizoe.com with your order number

  2. We will confirm your request and provide return instructions

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
